Embark on a journey to the heart of Colombian coffee excellence with our latest addition: Finca Los Nogales by Maria Rosa Oidor. Nestled just a thirty-minute stroll from the charming town of San Antonio, Maria Rosa and her husband, Antonio Pillimué, have poured their passion into their three-hectare farm for over fifteen years.
Their dedication to cultivating exceptional coffee is a family affair, with their children fully immersed in the craft. From Robinson, a respected figure in the local coffee community, to young Nilson, eagerly absorbing every aspect of the trade, the Pillimué family epitomizes Colombian coffee tradition with a modern twist.
At Los Nogales, Maria Rosa defies convention, opting for diverse varietals like Tabi, Typica, Caturra, and the exquisite Pink Bourbon, thriving at a lofty altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level. Their commitment to sustainability extends from meticulous fertilization to nurturing new seedlings on-site.
But their impact transcends their farm's borders. Partnering with Pergamino, they've spearheaded a groundbreaking initiative in the Cauca region, empowering local communities and amplifying access to premium markets. Through a state-of-the-art warehouse and cupping lab, they uplift nearly 150 families, ensuring fair prices and fostering quality-driven practices.
